Aluminum-zinc coated steel boasts an aluminium-zinc alloy composition, a superb fusion of aluminum, zinc, and silicon, solidified at a soaring temperature of 600ºC. This intricate matrix forms a robust, dense quaternary alloy structure featuring aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc. Renowned for its exceptional traits, aluminum-zinc coated steel excels with impressive corrosion resistance, surpassing pure zinc-coated steel by threefold. Its surface displays the distinctive zinc spangles, and with a 55% Al-Zn density, it surpasses zinc in size under equivalent weight and thickness conditions, making it a cost-effective alternative to galvanized steel with a 3% size advantage.

Extensive global atmospheric tests in diverse environments-rural, industrial, coastal, and marine-consistently demonstrate Al-Zn coating's superior resistance, achieving 2-6 times greater resilience than galvanizing, providing robust barrier protection.

Al-Zn alloy coated steel showcases superior heat resistance compared to Galvanized Steel Sheet, enduring high temperatures up to 315°C without discoloration or contamination. In contrast, galvanized steel falters beyond 230°C. Al-Zn's high reflectivity enhances its ability to withstand heat, serving as a reliable high-temperature oxidation barrier.
