Our Aluminum-Zinc coated steel consists of a sophisticated aluminium-zinc alloy composition, meticulously crafted from aluminum, zinc, and silicon, solidified at an impressive temperature of 600ºC. This intricate structure forms dense quaternary crystals of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc alloy, delivering a powerhouse of protection. With triple the corrosion resistance of traditional pure zinc-coated steel and distinctive zinc spangles on its radiant surface, our 55% Al-Zn density surpasses the Zinc counterpart. This means, with the same weight and coating thickness, our aluminum-zinc-coated steel offers over 3% more coverage compared to galvanized steel, ensuring not only superior performance but also enhanced economic savings.
