Aluminum-zinc coated steel is an aluminum-zinc alloy structure composed of aluminum, zinc, and silicon, solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC. This intricate structure forms dense quaternary crystals of an alloy, creating a robust and advanced metal. With its remarkable strength, this material boasts strong corrosion resistance, outperforming pure zinc-coated steel by three times. The surface's distinctive zinc spangles and 55% Al-Zn density ensure that it is 3% larger at the same weight and thickness compared to galvanized steel, offering superior economic benefits.

The corrosion resistance of Al-Zn steel is unparalleled, thanks to the protective passivation layer of aluminum and the sacrificial role of zinc.
